Lautstärkenunterschied Radio/CD

Moin,
ich habe heute das Problem mit der stark unterschiedlichen Lautstärke von Radio und CD gefixt. Das ist allerdings nichts für Laien. Das Radio muß fast komplett zerlegt werden. An Stelle der Null-Ohm Widerstände, die an der Position von L502 und L503 auf der Hauptplatine sitzen, habe ich jeweils einen 6,8k Widerstand eingesetzt. Die CD ist zwar immer noch einen Tick lauter, aber es ist jetzt erträglich. Mit 8,2k würde es wahrscheinlich passen. Ich war aber zu faul das noch zu probieren.

Nebenbei habe ich probehalber ein anderes Radio mal angeschlossen, um das Zusammenspiel mit dem MultivisionNavi mal zu testen. Tja, Fehlanzeige, ohne komplett angeschlossenes Originalradio geht der Navi gar nicht erst an. Nur der Bordcomputer funktioniert.

==> Ich bin da inzwischen zu träge, wegen der Garantie schraube ich lieber jedesmal Bass und Höhen um zwei Stufen rauf und bin dann im Vergleich mit CD und Kasette auch mit dem Radio relativ zufrieden.

Das Kasettenteil hat mich übrigens absolut positiv überrascht.
Dort laufen zwar nur die Kinderkasetten, aber die Qualität habe ich da nicht erwartet.

 

Das ist interessant. Nur wie gut oder schlecht ist das Teil ausbaubar?

Meinst du das Radio an sich?
Das ist relativ einfach und schnell gemacht.
Zierleiste abziehen, schwarze Schaltkonsolenabdeckung herausziehen und die vier Schrauben der Metalhalter lösen, jeweils zwei oben und unten, dann kann man Radio und Klimasteurung als Block herausnehmen.
Wenn man die Blechhalter abschraubt kann man Radio und Klimateil von einander trennen, indem man sie seitlich gegeneinader verschiebt.

Um an die Hauptplatine des Radios heranzukommen muß man das Radio fast komplett zerlegen. Ist schwer zu beschreiben. Ich könnte das nun relativ schnell, weil ich weiß, wo ich hin muß. Der anschließende Zusammenbau ging relativ fix.

Spuren hinterläßt die ganze Aktion nicht. Ein Garantiesiegel oder soetwas gab es bei meinem Radio nicht und wenn ich SMD-Widerstände genommen hätte, anstatt herkömmliche, dann sähe man selbst im Radio nichts, denn die Bestückung wird niemand so genau überprüfen.

Is there a way to hook up an RCA signal cable inside this radio? That would be the perfect solution to hook up an amplifier the right way.

Oh, I didn't check this. I found the audio signal from the CD with luck and a oszilloscop.
I wish a had a shematic.
To connect an amplifier, a high-low converter will work as well as an RCA output, in my humble opinion.
But the point I found could be used with some aditional electronic as RCA input.

A high-low adaptor will work, in fact I'm using one and the sound quality isn't any different then using RCA. But due to the internal equalization circuit of this HU there is a loudness contour. It looses bass at higher volume e.g. the bass tapers off to protect the OEM speakers. Because of this RCA low output is better.

We have a Loudness Function? Sorry, I didn't know that.
I fear, a RCA output wouldn't solve your problem, because RCA-outputs at car hifi are after the sound chip (wich controll nowadays everything: volume, tribble, bass, loudness and so on), in difference to home entertainment, where the RCA's are before the regulations. Normaly loudness can be switched off.
I saw a Philips chip inside, perhaps it is the sound controller. Perhaps will be possible to switch off the loudnes by bending a pin or something else.
But without a shematic it will be a big big puzzle.

Yes, I tried getting the schematics at the distributor (Louwman & Parqui) here in the Netherlands. They aren’t abided to give this out. So, no luck there.

Danke für die gute Anleitung, hört sich doch gut machbar an. Wenn´s mich packt werde ich es auch ausführen.
Ich gehe davon aus,dass die Positonsnummer auch auf der Platine und nicht nur im Schaltplan steht?

Be careful. There's also a lot of volume difference between CD's!
Older CD's will have less volume then newer CD's due to recording techniques. So the difference between radio and CD isn't always that big. Depends on the CD.
I have no problem what so ever since I don't listen to radio anyway (at least not music) because of the poor quality (sound and reception)
Anyway getting an RCA signal would be far more important to me then the little volume difference between radio and CD. Oh well, we all have different priorities......

ja, die Bezeichnung ist auf der Platine aufgedruckt. Du findest die betreffenden Teile auf der Unterseite, wo das Cassettenlaufwerk eingebaut ist, direkt beim 14 poligen Steckverbinder, der vom CD-Laufwerk von der Oberseite kommt.
